This modest extension was constructed to be in keeping with the host dwelling and to enable a large open plan kitchen space. With matching facing materials, we strived to make the extended element appear as if it was always part of the existing dwelling.

A valued client approached us to complete a full make-over of their existing 3-bedroom property. The dwelling underwent a full renovation, 2 storey extension, single storey extension and a loft conversion to increase and maximise the liveable space.

This terraced property underwent a full renovation including the provision of a loft conversion and dormer window. The property, which is now spread across 4 floors was modernised to a high standard and includes a new kitchen, bathroom, stairs and finish to achieve a high quality living space.
